1. Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed through our authorized Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is responsible for payment processing, applicable taxes, and handling refund requests.

2. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction, unless you have consented to immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Refunds are subject to the Merchant of Record’s applicable consumer terms and conditions and may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription plans:

• You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time unless required by applicable law.

4. Abuse & Fraud

Refund requests may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior in accordance with the Merchant of Record’s policies.

To request a refund, please contact the Merchant of Record directly through the receipt or payment confirmation email you received at the time of purchase.
