These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Session Switcher.

By purchasing, installing, or using Session Switcher, you agree to these Terms.

1. Operator

Session Switcher is operated by Emerald Zhu, a sole proprietor ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Merchant of Record & Payments

All payments are processed by our authorized Merchant of Record. The Merchant of Record is responsible for processing payments, handling applicable taxes, and managing refunds in accordance with their consumer terms.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to the Merchant of Record’s applicable terms and conditions.

3. Description of Service

Session Switcher is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to manage and switch between multiple accounts on supported platforms without manually logging out.

We do not control or operate any third-party platforms supported by the extension.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Session Switcher for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Circumvent license controls or technical protections
  • Share license credentials publicly

5. Third-Party Services

Session Switcher interacts with third-party websites and services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

Session Switcher is designed to help users efficiently manage existing logged-in sessions. It does not automate interactions or bypass platform restrictions.

We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions caused by third parties
  • Changes to supported platforms
  • Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party services

6. Disclaimer

Session Switcher is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerald Zhu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of Session Switcher.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
